I believe this is an amazing piece of art. The deep contrast mixed with the dark warm color tones gives a very unique aspect to this photograph. The image is very well balanced, there is a channel that drifts your attention to a general area instead of one stop. The two black areas in the opposite right top and bottom left corners works out really well to balance the picture. The subtle black frame even works to tone this perfectly.
Now the bad is where the signature comes in. I can't help but want to get rid of it in my mind as I look at this stunning picture. But the signature pops up too much and is a bit cheap in design, something more subtle, smaller and much more transparent would certainly take a lot of the negative weight that shifts towards the signature. Aside of that this is a very nice photograph. Very good job on the tones and colors.
